The 2018 Marigold Festival really came together! There were lots of fun events planned for all! Can't wait for 2019!

Marigold Festival Wine Tasting

Presented by Pekin Country Club

Pekin Country Club hosted the 2018 Marigold Festival Wine Tasting on Thursday, September 6th from 5pm until 8pm, the cost was $10 for entry. Tickets were available at the Chamber office, 402 Court St.

Pekin's Next Top Dog

Sponsored by the Grafelman Farms and TAiLS

Pekin's Next Top Dog will be held at the Dog Park at Mineral Springs Park, Thursday, September 6th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. You can enter your dog to win such prizes as cutest dog, ugliest dog, and best dog trick. Congratulations to the 2017 Top Dog, Molly and owner Micaylan!!!

Friday Night Family Fun Fest

Sponsored by the City of Pekin

Due to the rain this event was rescheduled to Friday, October 12th.

Friday Night on the Lawn

Sponsored by First United Methodist Church Men's Club

First United Methodist Church hosted Friday Night on the Lawn, Friday, Septmeber 7th, from 5pm - 8pm. They enjoyed hot dogs, ice cream, silent auction, and games on the lawn. This was a free event for the public.

Rock Climbing Wall

The Rock Climbing Wall was open on Saturday, September 8th from 9pm - 6pm and Sunday, September 9am - 5am. The rock climbing was located on Diamond 1 in the Jimmy John's Game Zone.

We're here to help you enjoy your Marigold Experience!

Hold n' Load

For a donation, they hold your packages while you continue to shop. Great for those large items or when your hands get full! Look for Hold n' Load in the Handicap Parking Lot (see festival map). This will take place Saturday & Sunday during Art in the Park hours. Thank you to Illinois River Valley Special Recreation Association for adding this service to the Marigold Festival attendees.

Nursing Mothers/Changing Station Tent

UnityPoint Health - Pekin is sponsoring a nursing mothers/changing station tent on September 8th & 9th. The tent will afford privacy to nurse or to change our littlest festival attendees.

Free Parking

First United Methodist Church will be opening their parking lot at 1315 Court St. for Marigold Festival patrons. They will also have free bottled water and a hospitality tent.
