Honor America Celebration

The Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 78th Annual “Honor America Celebration” fireworks display at Pekin Memorial Stadium. This beloved community event will be held at nightfall July 4th, with a rain date of the following evening. We can’t wait to see you there!

Sponsorship deadline is June 12!

DETAILS:

Gates open at 6:00 pm. Fireworks begin at dusk (around 9:15pm).

• ENTRY INTO THE STADIUM IS FREE!
• STADIUM SEATING IS FREE!
• FIELD SEATING IS VIP and tickets are available for the field for $5/adults, $1/children 5-12. Veterans and active military are always FREE!
• No coolers or cooler bags, alcohol, or outside fireworks. Bags subject to search.
• Food & Drink: Concessions are sold on-site and support the PCHS Dragon’s Booster Club.
• Weather: Check the forecast & dress accordingly. Rain date for the fireworks is July 5th.
• Safety: Please respect event staff & first responders.

PARKING:

GENERAL PARKING:
Free parking available in the Arena Parking Lot, Park District Event Lot and Pekin Insurance Lot at Parkway & Broadway.

HANDICAPPED PARKING:

Parking is on Red Bud Drive along the stadium – Secretary of State license plates or placard required.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY:

There will be food concessions, live music from AKA (Classic Rock), family activities, and a patriotic program before the fireworks. We hope to see you all there for this year’s 4th of July as we celebrate America’s 250.
